Jam Prints Ink operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Jam Prints Ink is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

Many Jam Prints Ink products are individually 3D printed. Minor variations in layer appearance, texture or color may occur as part of the manufacturing process. These normal production characteristics are not considered defects when they do not materially affect the product's appearance, function or quality.

All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice at our discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue products and to limit quantities or availability by person, geographic region or jurisdiction where appropriate.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Jam Prints Ink reserves the right to accept or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, product availability, pricing or listing errors, payment issues, or other circumstances affecting our ability to fulfill the order.

An order is not accepted until Jam Prints Ink confirms acceptance and applicable payment processing has been completed.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. We may be unable to accommodate cancellation or modification requests after production or fulfillment has begun, particularly for custom or personalized products.

If we decline, modify or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided with the order.

Returns and refunds are governed by our posted Return & Refund Policy.

Purchases are intended for personal or household use unless otherwise agreed to by Jam Prints Ink.

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect when the order is placed and will be shown during checkout and/or in the order confirmation.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, handling, customs or import charges.

Prices offered through our online store may differ from prices offered through other sales channels, marketplaces, physical events or promotions.

Shipping and delivery times provided by Jam Prints Ink are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, service disruptions, address issues or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy so we can evaluate the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Jam Prints Ink's names, logos and original brand elements may not be used without authorization. Shopify's names, logos and trademarks belong to Shopify or its applicable rights holders. Jam Prints Ink is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Jam Prints Ink.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Jam Prints Ink, including injury, damage or loss resulting from purchased products and services, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED.
